Returns and Shipping

We hope you love your purchase from DOM Sports Shuffleboard, but we understand that sometimes items may need to be returned.  

We will accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

**To provide additional time for holiday returns, all orders placed between Nov 15 and Dec 31 of a calendar year will be eligible for return until January 31 of the following year. Guidelines around the condition of the item, as noted below, will still apply. 

Returns 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, please email us at orders@domsports.com with your order number or a copy of your receipt. We will confirm receipt of your email and provide instructions for returning your product. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs.  

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are eligible on product only; order shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied via your original method of payment, within 5 business days. Please note credit card companies have different rates of processing. Once we have refunded your product, please contact your bank/ credit card company for updates.

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

 
Damaged or Defective Items 
In the unlikely event that you received an item that was defective, damaged or missing parts, please send us an email at orders@domsports.com and include your order number and a description of the issue. We will have you back and playing in no time!
